I have worked in the private sector for the last 11 years and understand the commercial pressures on small businesses to maximise the value they get from their staff. For those businesses that are not large enough to have their own HR expertise, I offer timely and clear advice to help small employers navigate their way through the maze of employment law. This can include:

  • Advising on complex casework (grievances and disciplinaries)

These can be provided as ‘ad hoc’ and distinct projects (where the price for the work is agreed beforehand) or offered as part of a retained package. For an annual retainer, the employer receives same day advice on all HR issues as and when they need it.
